Installed on 2017 mazda 6. Customer says air bag light and other problems

Question

I did an evo-one with maz3 harness. Did the same installation I did a dozen times before. A week later customer is saying air bag light randomly comes on and after remote start times out the vehicle battery completely dies after a few mins and has to be jumped. Said battery was tested at 3 different mechanics and the battery is fine. Anyone have any ideas? Did 1 key programming.

Sounds like the t-harness might not be fully clipped in.
