Yes yellow light turn on because ignition is on. Turn the igniton off and your programming is done.

I wish it were so, but when i turn the iginition off, the auto start function does not work. the manual states after the finall blue light flash, the blue light goes off and your programed, it doesnt saying anything about swithching to a constant yellow, I was thingking this is some sort of error code?
Are you trying to start the vehicle with 3x lock or you have a seperate remote starter ?
with the 3x lock
Every time you press lock on oem remote does the blue led flash on module ?
yes it does
Could it be the can bus wiring, this is the only spot Im not 100% sure, only becouse the digram shows to tap in to one color each for 2 connections, however each pin has a 2 of the same color coming out of it, should Itap both wires with module for a total of 4 wires or just one each, does that make sense?
What happen after 3 blue flash on the module (locking 3 times...)
nothing, no lights at all? so at the end of the program after the blue light flashes 10 times, the yellow light comes on. I then remove the key and there no lights, I hit the lock 3 times, the modules blue light blinks with every push, when press the lock button, but nothing happens no start?
I can't see your options, sounds like 3x lock is not activated in the module, you should contact the person who sold it, or buy a Flashlink updater to enable the option yourself.
OK, thats a little upsetting I bought the uniti on Amazon, and asked the seller before purchasing if he needed anythng form me to flash the module before shipping it, he said no, its plug and play, I guess you get what you pay for :-/
UPDATE: the company I bought from graciousley sent the flash programmer for free, and yes the problam was infact that the factory key lock setting was not turned on, now that it is, the product  seems to be working fine.
