2014 Dodge Durango Wont Start

0 votes
I got through programming and everything for my CHRT6 on my 2014 Dodge Durango with Push Start.

When I hit the lock button 3 times the blue light blinks 3 times, I think the red and yellow lights came on afterwards but I don't remember.

I can hear the fuel pump turn on but the truck doesn't attempt to start.

My settings on Flash Link are

A1-A11 On

C1 On

D1 On

D1.6 On

D1.10 On

D6 On

Do the brake lights turn on when you try to remote start the vehicle?

Sorry for the delay, life....

So I did #1 but I can't get past #2. When I get to step 10 in the program process I am running into an issue. When I hit the start/stop button to turn the ignition on I am not getting the Flashing Blue light. Also when I do turn the ignition on the blue light goes out and everything in my truck seems to go haywire. Windshield wipers turn on, fuel pump turns on, all kinds of warnings pop up on the dash, it says push the clutch in to start the truck(there is no clutch its automatic...)

That is caused by bad connections to the CAN-HI or CAN-LOW or both.

Which also explains why you cant get the blue led to flash for the can bus programming portion.

I found the wires that were disconnected and fixed them. I got it to program but now when I use the flask link manager the Dcryptor portion isn't working. It count's down from like 7 minutes but stops at 14 seconds every time and does not do anything else. I just let it sit for 30 minutes and it sat at 14s the whole time. I restarted the dcryptor process multiple times but nothing has changed.

Your dcryptor is done on our end (red text): https://fortin.ca/en/support/001A06783832/

You need to go back into Dcrpytor and click the Update Unit button (not the Flash button)

When initially sending the dcryptor, there was an empty check box with a note Automatically Udpate Unit When Ready. Clicking on the checkbox would prevent needing having to click Update Unit.

I did have the Automatic update checked off all 5 times I tried it. Every time it stopped at 14,13, or 4 seconds left and never moved. It sat at 4 seconds for over 12 hours over the weekend.

I just reconnected my dcryptor and had to "Send Data" again but this time it only took 12 seconds to get to the updating portion compared to the 54 minutes on Saturday when it never even got to update.

All good now. Thank you for the assistance in this.
