Stand alone install shows optional RF kit remote starter is it needed for 2011 escape standard key

The stand alone install schematic shows an RF- kit remote starter in an optional grayed  out "box" will I need to connect the t harness and if so where will it be located?

A rfkit is a seperate unit that will allow you to use extra remote with the system. If you wish to remote start with the factory remote the rfkit is not required.
