key on run device blue light does nothing but stay solid blue, does not flash. yea plug and play

jeep wrangler 08, followed install exactly - 2 times. get to part that I turn key to on and it should flash and it does NOT... what next..

There are 2 yellow wires that need to be connected to eachother fron the evo 20pin and the tharness itself. Right now they are not connected.

Having this same issue on a 2010 ram but my yellow/green and yellow wire on the male end are spliced together like the guide shows

make sure you interrupted the wire on the CHR4 connector going back into the ignition barrel and not the one going into the factory harness.  Also, make sure it's on the proper side of that cut wire. It's the igntiion wire, and your module is currently not detecting ignition since the blue led is staying on.
