2015 CRV PTS - Smartkey error light stays on

Question

The SmarKey error light comes on after remote start. Everything elese appears to function as required tho.

Have you experienced this?

The SmartKey light comes on when remote starter because there is no physical key in the car.  When you leave with the car it will disapear since the vehicle will shut down when you open a door forcing you to restart it with the key in the car.
