Rf Kit Help Programing

Question

Thats what i thought so i got a compustar prime g9 rf kit with a two way remote. i switched the pin order around like shown in the guide but nothing happens. I making sure you have to switch the pin order around alos. the first step says wait until the led blinks is this meaning the litlle red secruity led on the evo one. Also how can i tell if the antenna is working. Im close but need some more guidance also i switched to first tech 100 in rf kits on the bypass and remote starter mode. what else do i have to switch in setting or what all should be on in the settinmgs in both modes

Problem. You should only enable the RF-KIT option in the Remote starter offline options. Do not touch the options in the bypass. If you are also using an FTD100, you do not need that piece when using an EVO-ONE. Everthing you need is in the guide: EVO-ONE & Firstech

 

I would recommend doing a master reset to the bypass if you have enabled rf-kit options in the bypass side of the evo-one. After reset done, reprogram the EVO-ONE to the vehicle and make sure to enable FirstTech in the remote starter offline options.

 

Here is the master reset procedure.

1. Hold down programming button while pluggin in the main power connector.
2. Let go of button when LED is RED.
3. Push and hold button again until all three LEDs start to alternate.
4. Disconnect unit, she is now reset.

The LED is on the back of the unit where that yellow loop is.
