help programming the bypass on my evo all

Question

I hold the program button, release on yellow, connect all connections, press program button once, once both red and yellow are solid. I turn ignition on, wait for the red led to shut off amd tirn back on solid, then remove key, turn ignition back on and nothing happens after that, red and yellow leds stay solid.

start by updating to 70.16 and use the DCryptor programming procedure, program 2. EVO-ALL (Firmware 4.18 & Hardware 6 and more required) & THAR-GM1 v2 (T-Harness) - Revision 20141027
