Will the evo all stand alone turn rear defrost on through CAN?

Question

Using evo all as a standalone with option 15.  Can it turn on the rear defroster when remote started through CAN without wiring to actual defroster?  I thought it was capable of doing all that through the CAN.

defrost control is not available for all vehicles and would only be able to get activated by hitting the AUX buttons on after market remotes.
