Worked once factory alarm went off

I installed evo all in my nissan rogue first time the factory alarm went off I refreshed the device checking the factory alarm option now it doesn't work at all and my decryptor is maxed out on uses how do I proceed?

Please provide the S/N to the unit and I can get the dcryptor limit reset for you. Once that gets done you will simply need to re program it to the vehicle.
