Although the 2 key programming has a few limitations in regards to things like needing two master keys, the 1-key programming has no reason not to program if connections are ok.  Not just Rx-Tx, but KeySense and CAN-HI & CAN-LOW.

Confiming CAN-HI, CAN-LOW and Keysense is easy. Try programming ONLY the CAN-BUS first.

  1. Hold button while inserting the power and release when the LED is BLUE.
  2. Insert the Key (blue led will go out, this confirms keysense)
  3. Turn Key ON.
  4. BLUE LED will start to flash rapidly if CAN is ok.

the main harness conection to remote starter all verified mor than one time power accesory ignition and key sens  can high can low allso verified .

with one key allso folowed by the programming guide the red and yellow stays one solid no any changes.

with two keys all three lights red yellow blue stays on
With the 1 key programming method, if red & yellow are staying on when the key is turned on, that typically points to an issue with Rx-Tx. Check those connections, but also check the EVO connector to ensure their is no bent pins.

You can also flash down to 71.49 .
