every time i plug in harness all the lights come on on evo-all

i ste the blue and red light on then plug in remaining connectos and when i plug in the 20 wire harness the yellow light comes on it is a 2013 ford escape. i have flashed the unit to both the recommended 71-44 and also the the 71-39 listed ininstal guide

Do not connect the module when the key is inserted in the ignition barrel. Make sure your yellow wire has 0v on it when connecting.
