Viper 5901 Smart Start

Have Evo all and want to add a Viper Smartstart 5901. I was told it's an easy install but not sure where to find the information. I was told to buy an XL202-RFTD. I did and I'm lost on what to do next. Any directions you can provide?

the 5901 is a Viper Alarm/Starter module, Smartstart modules normally start with DSM xxx.

Are you installing a telematics module(smartstart) or an alarmstarter(5901)?
