No persistent trunk status using EVO ALL and Crimestopper RS7 on 2005 G35

Not sure if this is intentional, or simply not supported, but I've noticed that my 2-way remote starter does not correctly show the status of the trunk.

Since the system is 2-way, I can see whether the doors are locked/unlocked, opened/closed and whether the hood is open/closed. These are all persitent, so they will remain on the key fob until their status is changed. The only thing missing is that for some reason I cannot see the status of the trunk. I can open the trunk using the key fob, but it does not show that the trunk is open or closed. None of this is manually wired up, it is all CANBUS.

There should be the "trunk status" which is supported by the EVO ALL and the Crimestopper RS7 according to the manuals. There is actually even a dedicated wire in this car which goes low when the trunk is open.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to get the trunk status working.

Is the vehicle intelligent key or regular key?

What is the service number to the evo-all?

It is the intelligent key version, and as for my service number... My EVO ALL is currently under my dashboard in my car in the parking garage. I will try to take a picture of it. If it helps, I am running firmware 72.00 and I cannot upgrade because anything after that causes other problems.
If you check the green wire on the 20 pin connector does it react when the trunk is opened and closed?

It should go to ground when the trunk is opened.

Unless the option was turned off in the evo but this i cannot verify unless you provide the service number.
Green wire? Don't you mean the white wire? I was going to try to connect that to the trunk status input on my remote starter, but it doesn't exist. It seems as though the RS7 only supports this feature through CAN.

And I can verify that the option is not turned off. I used the Flash Link yesterday and toggled that feature on and off with no success.

Is there some way to view CAN signals with the EVO ALL? That would be incredibly helpful.
