What is the serial number on the back of the flash link?

If you click on the Help button in the top left menu bar, is the "Cancel FlashLink Updater Update" option greyed out or is it clickable? If it is clickable, click it and then disconnect/reconnect the Flash Link.

I noticed you flashed an evo-ride, keep in mind this product does not offer Dcryptor capabilities.

hello, thanks for the response .service  number is   002506  001173   the cancel flashlink updater bar is greyed out. yeah  I was advised to flash my evo ride down  to get it to function in my 2010 f 150. apparently it cant help with that problem either. thanks for the help
hello again, I am interested if there is a solution to my issue? at this point I have 2 useless units I am regretting purchasing at this point. I would appreciate any information you can provide thanks again
hey there, I'm still hung up on this job. Is there a solution to the problem with this updater?.as well as the evo ride that wont program to this 2010 F150? its getting pretty frustrating not having solid product support?
Hello,

For the fastest resolution to your issue it is always best to call in to the support line with both the module and vehicle on hand so an agent can assist.

If calling during buisness hours is not possible, that is understandable and going through email or the forum works as well it is just not as fast.

Flashing should not really be neccessary for this vehicle or installation as the unit is already flashed at this time.

Also does the system currently remote start with the key in the ignition barrel?

If not you are not ready to program the evo-ride unit yet and will need to go over your remote starter installation.

This truck would be a 2 key programming set up, ensure you are using 2 OEM Ford keys. Keeping that in mind, what is the issue when attempting the in vehicle programming?
