The current device cannot be flashed anymore

0 votes
Hello,

I requested for a reset on my module because the dcryptor's limit has been reached. When I connected the evo-all to my PC and opened  Flash Link Manager, I am getting an error message: "The current device cannot be flashed anymore". What do I need to do to clear that error?

Hello,

Please try again now.

If it still does not work you will need a different evo to continue.

Best regards.

Hello,

I am still getting that error. When I click on the 'EVO-ALL STATUS:' button in the FlashLink Manager, it shows that the flash limit is 8/0. Is it possible to change that to 0/8?

When you say I need another evo, does that mean I now have a defective unit?
Hello,

This unit has been shut down by engineering for repeated flashing/dcrypting.

At this point if you wish to continue you must take a new module.

Best regards.
Hello,

Would you be able to have Engineering pardon my repeated flashing/dcryting? This is my first time installing and using any Fortin product so it was a bit of a learning experience. I was having issues with getting the remote start to work so I wasn't sure if it was a wiring or programming issue, hence all of the flashing. Help with this would be very much appreciated. Engineering department, pleeeeeeeeeease =)
