Will oem remotes work after 3x remote start

Hi

I would like to add a evo one to 2006 Honda Odyssey with factory remotes

will the remoter work to lock and unlock after starting the vehicle with 3x lock.

it shows Rf kit as optional

As long as ignition2 connection is done, the oem remotes should stay functional while the vehicle is remote started.
