Why do all three LED lights keep blinking on my EVO-ALL?

When plugging in the EVO you must hold the programming button first before you plug it in and then release the programming button on the appropriate led color. Then you will be able to enter program mode.

Hi. I am having the same issue. No matter how many times I unplug and plug back in with holding down the program button, all the leds keep blinking together.

You need to flash you evo.

"Flash your EVO". That's done through the Flash Link updater.
