Are C1 and D2 both required program options for vehicle with OEM alarm?

Regarding EVO-ALL in a 2009 subaru impreza with oem alarm.....are both C1 and D2 required prgram options?  They are currently both enabled. Remote start works great when locking and unlocking doors with remote.  However, when doors are locked from inside the car, without the remote, the alarm system arms when the door is closed.  But when remote started, the oem alarm goes off.  Is the only solution to ensure the alarm does not go off is to lock with the remote after exiting the vehcile, so the EVO-ALL knows the status of the remote locks?  D2 is enabled but it seems it will not disarm  prior to staring when it thinks the car is already unlocked.  Would disabling C1 help? Thanks for any help.

No, the remote starter does not know if the doors are lock or unlock. Even if the vehicle is unlocked, the D2 option will still unlock the doors before starting.

Thank you.  Any idea why the evo-all did not disarm prior to starting on this one occasion, causing the alarm to go off?
