Blue led won’t stop flashing after I turn key to off position

Question

I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra I have the wiring set up good, I start the programming process, hold the button it till red only light put the key in the ignition red blinks 10 times I turn key to run position (not start) the blue light flashes,  then turn the key off and the blue light is still flashing directions say the blue light will turn off but is not any help thank you

The light will stop flashing when it stop seeing 12v on the yellow wire in the 20 pin connector and the pink wire in the 6 pin connector. Verify those wires.
