Is it possible to use an EVO-ALL as a stand alone remote start in my 2009 Honda Civic using the factory remote?

With only the EVO no, you would still need a remote starter.

But..... Some remote starter manufactures do offer a feature that if one their wires receives a ground siganl x-amount of times, it activates the remote starter. Typically, people would connect that trigger wire to the vehicles LOCK wire.
