Looking at your service number over here:http://ca.fortin.ca/en/support/001A06498291/  I can see that options A7-A11 are currently turned off, which would explain the symptoms your are experiencing, A7 is the brake shut off and A9 is the Door Trigger, both of which is required to be on for the evo to detect that the door was opened and that you have stepped on the brake to take over the controls of the vehicle.

Please make sure options A1-A11 are turned ON, please don't touch all the other options that are already set. Save the options and test in vehicle again.

Thank you,

Please unplug the Evo-All and try to re-create the same sequence of events that triggers the locks to lock themselves. I have a feeling this could be an OEM feature.
So... the doors lock itself only when the A5 wire connect to BCM connector, what is that can be?
I would take a look at the connection you had to make to the lock at the bcm, it may be that the wires is getting grounded due to a poor or weak or frayed connection.

You can also try turning off option A1 and see if that helps.
