2012 f150, programmed succesfully when i hit the lock x3 the red light comes on but it doesnt start

That service number dosnt work. The service number should start with 001a0..... Please provide this and i will check your options to make sure you dont have something enabled preventing it from starting.

001a06599082 001a06-599082 like I saod the blue flashes and the red comes on like it wants to start but nothing happens. The red ends up flashing 3 times and then going off

Can you remote start the vehicle by pulsing the yellow/black from the 20 pin connector to ground for a second?

What happens when you take the drk. blue wire on the 20 pin connector and put it to ground?

Try doing a master reset of the module here is a link to perform that http://wirecolor.com/en/qa/50193/faq-how-do-i-reset-my-evo-all?show=50193#q50193.

Then re flash the module and turn on the specified options. A1 to A11 ON. C1 and D1 on. nothing else.

If this still doesnt work then their is something that has been done in the installation that is preventing it from starting.
