Pre loaded EVO-FORD , EVO MAZDA that is flashed to Pontiac would it work?

I purchased EVO-ALL and  flashed to 2008 Pontiac G5  and installed it to using ProStart. Guide # 46721. But it wont crank/start. Double checked all connections - all good. Uses a trouble shooting guide with no avail. I just noticed that at the back of EVO-ALL unit , it says " EVO-FORD , EVO MAZDA pre loaded ". Could it be the cause?

Sorry, I don't have the vehicle right now so I cannot check the module. But, I'm wondering of what has something about the service number of the module? Just curious :)
We can see whatever firmware and options are loaded into the unit with that number :D

here's an example : https://fortin.ca/en/support/001a06531114/
Thanks for the info. :)
Just for update :  I instead use DBALL. It's way easier to use. Downside of using this DBALL is I cannot log in to the website to program the module.

A combo package such as the EVO-FORT1 comes with an EVO-ALL that is preflashed for Ford/Mazda vehicles. You can still use the unit on any vehicle that is compatible with an EVO-ALL, but unless it's a Ford/Mazda, you will need to flash the evo-all for the appropriate vehicle make!

  • GM 70.XX
  • Ford/Mazda - 71.XX
  • Nissan/Infiniti - 72.XX
  • Honda/Acura - 73.XX
  • Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep - 74.XX
  • Volks./Audi - 75.XX
  • Hyundai/Kia - 76.XX
  • Volvo - 77.XX
  • BMW - 78.XX
  • Toyota/Lexus/Subaru - 79.XX

You dont need to memorize that list becuase when you plug an evo-all in the flash-link and select the vehicle you are working on, it will already list you the recommended firmware for that vehicle.

I'd like to add that, if this ProStart starter is an Autostart brand and not a Crimestopper brand, and if you are using datalink, you would have to actually select EXpressKit in the remote starter options and also enable option F3-D2D in the EVO-ALL. These Prostart remote starters do not offer 2-way Datalink in Fortin or ADS protocols; it's only offered for their native D2D protocol.
