programming problem for 2014 equinox

Question

on a 2014 equinox when i go to program the evo-all with harness the yellow and red light come on in step 3 what am i doing wrong   trie resetting modual already

I'd start by updating the module to the latest firmware. Then do a master reset and try the programming once more. If it still does not work, you will need to do the DCryptor programming procedure (program 2 in the install guide).
