is there a way to make this work for a push button start so it does not shut off when door is opened

i have a push button start system..avital remote start installed but when i open the doors it shuts down..i then have to start it again..can this bypass fix that

A lot of Toyota push-to-start vehicles need to be shut down and restarted by the user. 

There are some vehicles that by changing how the installation is done, you would get take-over. This is only on certain models though.

I don't know which model you have, but, lets say it's a 2012 Corolla Push-to-Start. You have two different installation methods with the EVO-ALL.  

  1. With take - over:

  2. Without take - over:

Those are two completely different ways of starting the vehicle.
