2012 Civic starts then stops three times

Hello, I have had a remote start on my 2012 Honda Civic for 5+ years. It has quit working. It is a EVO-ALL and CrimeStopper RS00-G5. From following the troubleshooting I think it has to do with the tach signal but not sure what to check. The car will start for about 3 seconds then shut off. It does this three times and then nothing. While it is running the starter is engaged the entire time.

Does it remote start if you were to leave the key in the ignition barrel? If no, contact crimestopper to see what their tach programming method is.
