evo-all stuck

Hello. I started recording Evo-All and it got stuck in the middle. What can I do?  It says loading module data. please wait. And below it is written Accessing information from the evo-all..........It doesn't open much anymore to enter 0.99   00107075528

Hello,

 

I have reset the unit, please perform a master reset on the evo (not at the flasher, in a vehicle or on a seperate power supply) and then re attempt plugging it into the flasher.

I also have the master reset plug, but only the red light.

I restarted the manager and it worked. thanks a lot
