2009 Tundra no tach signal

Question

I just installed an evo one in a 2009 Tundra everything works except the truck only runs for five seconds then shuts down and flashes the parking lights four times which means no tach siganl. I have programmed the module to tachless.  I have reflashed the module a couple of times and double triple checked all my wiring what am i missing. Why would it flash no tach signal if I have it set to tachless mode option 20 selection 2.  Please help I have no idea where to go from here,  I have already had to down grade the firmware on both sides cause 4.18 on the bypass side works with the 2009 Tundra and I have down graded the remote start side to 1.16 casue its the only one that works with my rf kit.
