issues with programming it to a 2013 f150

0 votes
When programming the unit as a stand alone remote starter "lights red and blue on" i run through all the steps for using both keys but i never get the lights to flash on the unit. They stay solid red and blue the entire time.

Just to make sure i wanted to reset the evo-all but i cant figure out how to do that. I already have the data link and i flashed it to the recommended firmware 71.28.

I basically want it just for the remote start. I wanted to use the alarm features but i am so lost with the instructions. My kit came with the T-harness.

What did you connect to the loose wires coming out of the t-harness? The yellow, Lt.Blue, Lt.blue/black and yellow/black?

Also did you hook up the can bus wires?

What guide number did you follow for the installation?

yea im a turd. I feel so dumb, to think this took me a few days since i stopped out of frustration. So far it works perfect, was just missing the single yellow wire from the 20 pin to the harness. I guess i originally looked ad the wrong guide.

Now i have to do some reasearch to see what else this unit can do since only have the stock oem panic button / horn. Going to look into intergrating this as an alarm.
This is the same exact scenerio I am having with the same exact vehichle. I also just want to use this as a remote starter. The guide I am using shows there is no connection for the yellow wire coming out of the T-harness. I have the other 3 wires connected correctly from the 20 pin to the T-harness.
