2013 mustang , evo one, FORT1 - Where should I connect E3 (12v wire)?

Where should I connect the E3 (12v) wiring to the 2013 Mustang?
Do I need to connect directly to the battery?
Or is there a fuse or wiring that can be connected inside the vehicle?

this is used for your parking light. you can find 12+ at ignition switch or any 12+ source enough to power the parking light. Make sure there is a fuse inline.
