Wont program 2017 Outback

Question

I went thru all the processes and the module wont program, just keeps flashing red yellow blue. I verified the yellow wire only have voltage when key is on and i have good 12v at the subaru harness power and  ground are good. I update firm ware as well, still wont program. PLease help, i suppect a faulty brain(not mine) but the fortin module.

At what step does the module flash ? What is the service number on the module ?
