Hardware Version for 2017 Mazda CX-5

Question

I have an EVO-ONE and the THAR-ONE-MAZ3 T-harness. My unit says hardware is version 2 and the guide says a minimum of 3.0. Is this correct? The date on my EVO-ONE says 04/2018, so when was version 3 released?

Yes this is correct your EVOONE is actually hardware 7 if you look at the first line on the module.

Okay thanks. Your instructions seemed to indicate that it was the bypass hardware. I got that info listed in my original question when looking at it connected to the flash link updater. Better to check than have one that won't work.
