Intermittent power on/jeep won't turn off

Question

I installed the evo chrt 5 stand alone. I followed the instructions and I get random Power on to the jeep, and sometimes after using the remote start feature the jeep won't shut off with the key or remote. Only way to turn off is to remove unit. How do I fix this?

WHat is the model/year ? What is the service number on the module ?

I have the same problem. Sometimes the car will not shut off when key is turned off... I tap on the EVO box and the car stops.  Almost like a stuck relay.

my customer had this problem once for a unit installed over 6 months. she ended up driving it into the dealership and pull the unit out. Does anyone have a fix for this yet?
