EVO All Activating 4wd in Rav4 2012

Question

Problem 1 - The remote start sequence only works about 30% of the time

Problem 2 - Sometimes when I turn my car on the 4wd function will be activated along with the ABS light on the dashboard.  I can tell 4wd is in fact being activated but the weird part is that typically I would need to also lock my differential (that is the button you press to turn AWD on) but that light is not on and the mode will NOT be deactivated if I surpass 25MPH.

Faulty  device or common issue?

Normally caused by faulty installation or timing in start sequence. What remote starter is used ? You have 2 ignition, 1 accessory and 2 starter to power in this vehicle, did you connect all of them ?
