Evo one wont finish programing

Question

I have a 2011 Tacoma gkey. I've tried evo all and evo one. When programming I get to the point where the LEDs flash rapidly red and blue. Turn the key on and I dont get a blue led solid or flashing. I notice on the diagram that the obd2 hook up is marked as imo wire.my diagram says its sils. My imo is behind the glove box. Is this what can cause my issue

If the blue does not flash after turning ignition on this means your can high and can low wires are wrong.

Yes the SIL wire is responsible for immobilizer.

The imi/imo wires behind glovebox are used for something else.
