Fail to install evo all

0 votes
Tried installing evo all with T-harness on 2009 Ford Escape standard key on Sat. Nov 10. Programmed flash link updater and getting necessary functionality before installing. Programmed with one key and Dcryptor. Flash link manager says dcryptor procedure complete. However remote start won't work with OEM key fob. I programmed for D1.1 but not working. I found ignition also doesn't turn on with key fob. Tried programming RFKIT(1WAY). Finished procedure but the remote start won't work the same as OEM key fob. Found tachometer won't work with a few warning messages in the cluster when starting up engine with original key while remote starter is connected. With remote starter disconnected, everything works fine. This tells the evo all module interferes with vehicle CAN data causing the issue. Double checked all the connections and found normal as instruction. If you have any advice, please let me know.

As the customer had time only on that Saturday, the customer moved to other shop to get remote starter installed. So I can't reuse the module and T-harness anymore.  I'd like to return those parts if you find the module is faulty, and please let me know how to proceed the return procedure. I bought them from Grandwest.

I used THAR-FOR4. Please advise why oem remote didn't work, and no tachometer & warning messages on with original key start-up. Thank you.

As for RFKIT, as you said, I found I chose a wrong selection for Fortin1 instead of Fortin2.
