Incompatible bypass firmware

I am trying to update my brand new evo-one. This is what I show

 

Then If i try to update it I get

 

The remote start firmware updated just fine. I just cant get the bypass to update. If re try it brings me back to the first screen 

 

 

Sorry It doesnt show the pictures for whatever reason. The first screen I get it invaild firmware 79.47 and the second screen tells me no module dected plase connect a compatible unit

Try resseting the module.

 

-Hold the programming button on the module down

 

-Plug in power and ground on the large 6 pin connector

 

-Release the programming button on the red led

 

-Press and hold the programming button again until all 3 led's start to cyce. At this point release the button and unplug power and ground.

 

The module is now reset. Try to plug it into the flash link updater and see if you can flash it.

I tired that. I hooked the red and black wires up. I held the programing button but I get no red led.
Chances are the module has been corrupted or damaged then. Exchange it at your point of purchase is my suggestion.
Often happens when the cable between the flashlink updater and the module is damaged, try with another datalink cable.
